Irene had worked in HR executive roles in various Technology companies for nearly 20 years. Her roles have included Director of HR APAC, Vice-President of Global HR and business partner to the board of the company, etc.. With her global responsibilities, she had worked and lived in China, Korea, the Netherlands, Germany, and travelled many other countries and regions.

Following her HR profession, she was appointed as Managing Director of an automotive technology company based in Germany, where she had a responsibility in general management for regional operations, reporting to shareholders.

​

Irene’s extensive experience in HR, organisation and people strategy, business management, as well as her integrated cross-cultural experience and global perspectives, enable her to understand the challenges and opportunities to organisations and leaders, therefore manage the executive search effectively and efficiently. Her goal for W&W is to offer a tailored best experience to clients in the executive search area.

While running W&W Executive Search, Irene is also an active leadership coach with coaching clients from across the globe. She takes great pride in supporting leaders and senior professionals, helping them to go through transitions, gain further success and fulfillment in their professional and personal lives.

Irene holds a BA degree from Beijing Foreign Studies University, and an MBA from Sino-US Business School. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), Certified Positive Intelligence Coach (CPQC), and a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF).
